Basically there would be a survey and the answers from this survey would get emailed as a daily/weekly report or available from the online control panel.

Ability to grab a screen shoot and send the image to us in one click
There are several ways to implement this. The idea is to have an icon that the user can click and that will grab a screen shoot of the current webpage as the user sees and show the link to the image in the chat support person.

Let us see all user when using Pidgin
Just like Olark system, would be nice to see all website users with info related instead of seeing "bots"

Makes think a little more "dynamic" and when a user wants to chat, the chat message will pop up, just like now.

Let us add our own localization
There are several missing languages, specially when we operate sites cross Europe (as everything else English and Spanish is perfect).
But the actual localization words are not that many, like "Name", "E-mail", "Your inquiry", "Send request", etc ... we could have a form to collaborate into the main localization branch or be able to add our own languages if we simply translate a few words.

Integrate some operator knowledge base/information document with cSupport
A system with "intelligent" knowledge base that will show the most relevant items first based on the current chat session.

Integration of e-mails to newsletter
It would be interesting to export or link the system to allow placing the e-mail from contacts emuma newsletter. That is, take advantage of the various contacts made by for a chat tool like MailChimp 12All or import emails and processod and automate the sending of news.
